+1 ... Was a defining moment for me! Can't wait to see what he'll do with the team next year. Every single player has nothing but praise for the guy!

really makes me think about his "DP or I'm gone" speech. I think he'll be around regardless......the impact he has on the players is really beyond what we see.....
