Tottenham have announced a ''football and commercial development'' partnership with American club San Jose Earthquakes.

In turn, the Earthquakes can use the training and coaching models from Spurs.
A statement from Spurs read: ''The agreement will focus on football and commercial development that will see the implementation of a best practice exchange programme, with the objective of creating a lasting bond between the two clubs.''

I think Spurs should be taking training and coaching modeling from the Earthquakes.

I'll take our unofficial partnership and 3.2mil over their sharing of coaching techniques any day.

Maybe if we're lucky Derby County will share some of their coaching techniques with Columbus.
