Considering we will be missing a lot next week in BMO against Chivas, I think we are looking probably at a must win. I'd be content with another draw if we weren't in the Eastern Conference.

I give us a pretty good chance of not only a win, but a blowout win. From all of the interviews and so on that I've seen this week, the boys seem to be in good spirits - especially with the addition of Ruiz.

If we play the way we played against New England last weekend, with the addition of the finishing ability of Ruiz, we will destroy a team as bad as Chivas USA. Even if it it's on the road.

Even though it was a draw, my faith was restored on the weekend. We actually played good football.

Now go out and prove me right, guys.

Anyone think we could see the same formation as last week with Jimmy B and Marvell on the flanks? It did work very well. Although I would start Rosenlund over Harmse as the team had better shape/movement and generally was more forward looking as he came on and gave Robbo a 2nd passing outlet in addition to Amado. And obviously Ruiz up front.

so at halftime I have to ask - where is our midfield tonight? Our wingers are playing well but we are getting eaten in the middle. I will be quite happy if Velez never plays another game for TFC - he makes WAY too many mistakes. And James is not a starter yet - positionally he is terrible, his passing is dreadful and he couldn't make a tackle to save his life. He is young but needs some serious coaching that one should not need at this stage of life...

Ruiz looks short of match fitness but not too bad. Barrett's workrate is great - when he improves his finishing he'll be a star...Glad to see Brennan on the wing - he's showing his class there.

Brennan's finish was beautiful! And controlling it from his knee, down to his foot, into the back of the net. Stunning! Why cant our strikers ever do that?:p

Barrett has made several terriffic plays. When he was holding the ball on the right side and waited out three Chivas players, only to break away from them and run up field and play a great ball to Wynne; that was very impressive. Ruiz has been great too IMO.

Now the defence. Theres no real need to comment. WTF is going on.

And as always, who knows what the fuck is going on in the refs head. No two fouls are alike.
