Probably Ruiz, since A) he's supposed to come in Monday, and B) how would someone within the MLS leave their team to trial for another? Unless there's something I don't know about the process, which is highly likely, lol.

there's no mention of a trialist in Mo's statement or the question posed to him.
all that was asked was "who's coming in"? Ruiz is likely the individual.

I don't think its Ruiz either since he was signed last week. I took it as a new player coming in not yet signed with the team.

I have absolutely no evidence for this claim, but NYRB has been trialling anyone from Latin America that can find New Jersey on a map. If they are signing these players they are probably cutting some people too. I'd imagine that Mo is probably eyeing a defender. Anyone want to do some sniffing about to see if any NYRB defenders didn't make the game this weekend?

Hi guys, I ran into Mo after the game on Saturday and I asked him if anyone was coming in. He stated they have someone coming in on Monday "who is within MLS". Hopefully somebody can get down there today and let us know who he is.

Really? We just got Ruiz for 2 supplementals. Granted, he has had his issues but he is a leading all time mls scorer and previous league MVP. A first rounder for Johnson would seem a little high to me.

certain factors would push Johnson's price up:

1. European experience
2. He is young
3. He is a domestic player for us

I appreciate that but still, look around at the talent that goes for a first round pick, and I'm not sure Johnson is in that league. Don't get me wwrong, I'd like to have him but I would hope Mo can work his magic for a better deal if we do have our sights set on him.

With Dunivant out, we need the help on the left. Although I have to say, I like how we played 3-5-2 the other night. Using Jimmy and Marvel on the wings worked as they were good in both directions. Still, we need depth at left back and that is where Britner played with the Revs.

HA, the only way that post wasnt gonna get banned.
I think hes no longer an option as they cant sign that USL guy and hes scoring a goal a game (granted its only been3 games). Makes ya wonder why that guy was played in an attacking mid role as opposed to striker where hes a natural

He and Angel seemed to have very good chemistry during the match against us...after that match, I thought they would be crazy to let him leave...
