not if he never plays because he's injured

I think that would be a very dangerous trade of TFC to make to get his allocation rights. Always injured, coming to play on TFC's turf....plus, on the cusp of making the USA national team when healthy and lost to international duty....not worth it in my opinion.

LA has the right to take or pass.
How would we get him especially as they are in dire need of defenders.

We are dead last in the allocation order .... MLS only signed him if a team guaranteed they would use up their spot on him. I doubt all 13 teams ahead of us would pass. Unless Mo is trading allocation spots with someone he is not coming here.

No wonder Chicago Fire fans we're getting so annoyed over the McBride issue........

These RULES are DRIVING ME MENTAL!

Let the league breathe ffs.

They're so paranoid the NASL is gonna happen again that their suffocating everything.

If the talk about Ruiz is true <sigh>, LA has to free up a roster spot to get him. I guess the only good that can come out of this is LA would be as desperate as TFC so we wouldn't overpay for Ruiz. (anything more than FCD's third round draft pick is too much for Ruiz)

seriously, thats ignoring hte fact that his 300k salary jumps up to something like 600k (correct me if im wrong) next year

I think Ruiz is already making the 600K as he has that grandfather clause. If he was only making 300 he wouldn't need to be exempt. He's shit anyways so here's hoping that Mo & Co can swing a deal for someone else or just sign a guy on a free.
