AFTER our difficult loss that we suffered against Real Salt Lake in the searing heat we got right back to basics in training working on defending, and crossing and shooting.

I love having his point of view to add to the discussion. It only reinforces my opinion that the ref did a poor job.

"You don't know me"...??? WTF?

after the match as the home fans were waiting for him outside.

That's funny...were they really waiting for him?

For this match too I was able to have my kids as mascots, and they both came out with me on to the pitch, Lowri walking and Milo held.

This was fantastic for me and I've never seen my little girl smile so much. A truly great occasion and a proud moment for me and Laura.

Outside of the football we've been able to go and watch Coldplay play live at the Air Canada Centre, and they were fantastic.

It really is a great venue, and I've managed to see some top artists this year. On my days off I've been taking the kids swimming in outdoor pools, and roller skating down by the lake...You get to do all sorts of things when the weather reaches 30 degrees.

Glad to hear he's settled into the city nicely. He's a great asset to this team. i would hate to loose a player like him because of personal reasons

What was quite funny was that the referee stayed in the stadium for two hours after the match as the home fans were waiting for him outside.I don't know about 2 hours, but there where supporters waiting for someone to :hump:

Red Thunder and a host of people were waiting outside of Gate 4 for quite a while chanting against the ref. I think most people assumed that the ref had left through another gate, one with a little less fan attention. I'm sure the chanting could be heard inside the building. There were a lot of police in the area as well. Rooney and I spoke with one of the officers and he had a pretty good perspective on the game, and was about as thrilled as we were about the calls.

Glad to see his perspective on things. I look forward to reading his blog when it comes out.

For a ref who "didn't know us" he sure f*cked us good and hard...!

Ok seriously. WTF is that, saying "you dont know me" to a player disputing a call... Good thing Robo has the ability to be calm because his response was a good shot back, mine would have been "...and what the f*ck does that mean asshole?..."

His blogs are great, his play has been solid this season... I'm suprised we haven't started a song to "Mrs Robinson" about Robo...

And here's to you, Carl Robinson... etc etc etc...

Carts...

We need a Robinson song. A ROCK for our team he is one of the few that truly deserves recognition.

What the ref meant was.

"You obviously don't know that I give unwarranted cards out quite regularly, and you should."

What an ego. I hope this ref catches a particularly ugly strain of flesh eating disease.

We HAD a Carl Robinson cheer, though not a great one, we really do need to get a new one, that everyone can cheer, not one that's long, a nice, easy, short one.
