Guevara called up to Honduran national team
Midfielder is national team's all-time leading scorer
Toronto FC announced that midfielder Amado Guevara has been called up to join the Honduran National Team for FIFA 2010 World Cup Qualifying. Honduras will face Mexico in Mexico City on Wednesday, August 20, Guevara will depart for National team duties after Toronto FC's game in New York against the Red Bulls on Sunday, August 17. The midfielder will return back in time for Toronto's match at BMO Field on Saturday, August 23 against conference rivals the New England Revolution.
