Just got notification for shipment of 2021 scarf - checking address and whatnot.


The address they provided me in the email is NOT me, and is some poor soul named Victor.
However, the address in my ticketmaster account is correct.

Anyone else having this issue?
Seems like a pretty good data breach if they screwed up the email merges

Yup...me too...just put a call in and they are "experiencing high call volume"...also cannot access my own account on line presently as it doesn't recognize my email address?...red card needs to be issued to someone.

dont worry curtis is working on this,is interviewing every staff member 6 times should have a answer in 6 mths on why this happend

With mine the name, account AND address are not mine.

Gonna cost ML$E a small boat load of cash now that the new laws around paying for data breaches is in place :)

Is anyone actually responding? They obviously know by now everything was wrong. Way to make the simple act of receiving your scarf a pain in the ass by making 20,000 people call in and sit on hold for hours to correct it!

Logged in to my Account Manager and all is still good in terms of my address, name and account number (removed my credit card on file just to be safe, especially since we don't need to make SSH payments anytime soon)

Seriously. It's all over social media too. Not showing themselves to be good stewards of people's private information! I'd be apologizing fast if I were them.

Go to your invoice for 2021 -- credit card is usually there (if you clicked off to save it for future payments).
If you click to print the invoice, your account number is listed under your address on the printable version.

I agree something quickly to say 'Oops' should have already been done.
But, they may also be checking their database, all of them not just TFC, to ensure that this was a simple mistake and nothing more serious to then provide an update with the most information they can have (i.e. 'no payment information was shared') -- I doubt my alternative is true knowing MLSE's incompetence in the past but fingers crossed (its all I can do at the moment)

i can see the rectangle showing the card, then ****^^^^ ( last four digits ), but cannot access it, lol, my mouse is tired of clicking around

Credit card number probably safe. The account manager goes to the Ticketmaster portal. This email was just scarf/contact info stupidity.

I got the same. Account number and address of someone else instead of me. I guess I can assume someone else received my name and address and account number. Thanks MLSE for keeping my information confidential. What a disaster....

I actually connected with the gentleman whose info was shared with me .

Easily found him and his work place
I'm not happy at all - my address is a permanent address .

I know not much can be accessed but I'm very private and now some random knows my info .

I know there's a chance it gets filter into social inbox and missed all together


I def want compensation for this I'm losing all trust with this club I'm not what more to say.

The only way back from this SNAFU in my opinion is MLSE must be very transparent on how something like this can happen. In this day of age it is ridiculous to think that a multi billion dollar corporation can screw up something as simple as sending out an email to the proper person when in theory it should all be logged together. I'm going out on a limb and saying at least 1 person lost their job over this

I'm guessing it's something stupid like a column got shifted a row or two before a MailChimp import.

Nothing received yet. I would expect it to come sometime before MLS opener which is almost another month away.

I actually received two different postcards a few days apart, but no scarf yet.
