Is anyone having issues logging into the TFC mobile app? It keeps telling me that my credentials are invalid (even though I never changed my userid and pswd). When I select forgot password, I get an error timeout.

Not sure who to contact at TFC. Anyone else experience this?

I had issues last year...my app all of a sudden said my account was locked and deleted...which was really strange because I am in the app pretty much every day...I never changed any of my login info...tried to login multiple times but then had to get my rep involved and then she got the tech team involved.

Keep trying and if its till messed up...contact your rep.

I uninstalled app,and installed again,logged in and now its working

I was also having issues logging in and finally realized that my TFC account manager login/password is not the same as the one that is used in the TFC app. I'm sure most people would have remembered that, but it did take me several tries and then some password resets to finally come to that understanding...
