Ticket operators aren't as concerned and thus compelled to sue their best customers (ticket re-sellers) so I don't understand what difference this makes.

Banning things always stops people from doing sketchy things.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - bots are a smaller part of this issue. Who knows what tickets are actually available by the time general on-sale hits?

Like the MLS Cup - there were no general on-sale ticket (or very few) and that was not because of bots.
