Toronto FC announced Tuesday that the club has acquired GAM (General Allocation Money) from Seattle Sounders FC in exchange for TAM (Targeted Allocation Money) and an international roster spot.

At least an argument can be made that T. Am and G. Am are better players that Al Location.

Although what all three do is still not clearly defined

I guess we must be on the verge of acquiring a player that won't earn enough to qualify for TAM.

Might have something to do with the International player Bez mentioned last week.
So maybe he would cost somewhere in the 400k range, for GAM to be preferred? I dunno lol

This has to be it. Otherwise it makes no sense and we gave up an international spot as well (even though we don't need it). Must be someone coming down the pike soon for this and hopefully it's an upgrade on Lovitz out wide.

Not a bad move - The TAM has to be used by 2018. The GAM has 4 years left to be used.
