Comes From Leicester where he was the lead at their Academy. Strength and Conditioning as his undergrad. 4 years of Rehab work at Sheffield United, and then some time at Leicester.

If you REALLY want to know what a guy like that does and how one gets to that, he's been interviewed recently. (http://www.historicperformance.net/podcast-episodes//historic-performance-podcast-15-tom-williams)

Listening to that he seems to have done everything from kit man to coach as well.

***********

This seems to be a move to co-ordinate the Strength and Conditioning and Movement from the academy up to the 1st team. Long term hire.

I thought our senior team (gosh are we really getting to that point in MLS where we discuss the senior team and the others?!?!) injury amounts last season were relatively small compared to the past.

Listened to the podcast a couple of hours ago. Smart guy, really good hire.

Bradley should be the S&C coordinator for all of MLSE. That guy is on a different level.

Anyway, good stuff. Glad to see the club growing and developing in every department.

That discussion around 33 minutes of how players should warm up is interesting and funny. He believes in using a stationary bike with 3 bursts of 6 second biking and then 54 seconds of recovery.

Going to see a bike on the sidelines this season.

I can't remember when or where, but I've seen that before.

I've seen it a few times in the NFL.

Gotta justify the science label :) (more likely 6 + 54 makes a minute which is easy to remember when to restart)
