Don't we have to lose to Montreal first ?

I'm thinking of going. Really depends on schedule and location though.

Really depends on other results as well.

If we finish 5th or 6th, we play away in a single game knock out next Wednesday or Thursday

If we finish 3rd or 4th we host the knock out game next Wednesday or Thursday

If we finish 2nd we get a bye and then play a home and away series on Sunday Nov 1st and Sunday Nov 8th.

*edit*

Looking at the schedule, yes we have to lose to play the first round away. A draw has us finishing either 3rd or 4th depending on what happens in the DC/Columbus game. If we win and DC/Col draw then we finish 2nd.

Wednesday or Thursday
MTL, DC, Cbus, or Boston...
all are RELATIVELY the same.. 2-3 hours difference.

Oh yeah I meant my schedule. And the weather. I'd ride my bike but I don't know about my beat up old civic.

Also, for Orlando to make it they have to beat Philly and New England has to lose to NYCFC by a combined 8 goal difference.

Solid thread Ivy.

I'll likely go. Especially if Columbus, or gulp, Montreal.

At the start of the season, Orlando was the only team that really worried me (travel wise). Not anymore.

If 3 guys wanna pitch, we can rent a car.

I'll probably be up for it.

I'm going. Especially now that my buddy, who was also my ride, bailed on me for sunday.

orlando may be the easiest. less than $100 for round trip on spirit airlines from niagara falls NY. *** ignore this, they only fly twice a week ***

Best is to just win or draw the damn game sunday as i'm at a clients all next week and can't take time off.

Man, if we lose and finish 5th or 6th, this Montreal trip came at the wrong time. Don't think I can make a midweek trip three days after montreal if that is the case!!

It's impossible for us to go to Orlando anyway. Boston is impossible too.

If we lose...

1) + NE win = @ Montreal
2) + NE draw / loss + CLB draw / loss = @ Columbus
3) + NE draw / loss + CLB win = @DC

god this is complicated. and the timing is super annoying. I might as well just head south from MTL after the match towards the border and just decide halfway which way to turn once I'm in the US, and eventually end up at some game days later. haha

Lol, probably the best plan.

I am not even thinking about this until Sunday, but hopefully nothing comes of it as the Reds will come out of Montreal with at least a single point and will play their first ever playoff game at home.

My absolutely abysmal road record has me banned from playoff road games...

I'm not joking - I think the team may have someone staked out at my place to stop me from going if I try and travel...

13-Games... 0-Wins... 10-Losses... 3-Draws...

What if we win, cbus win, and revs lose?
Edit: nvm :/

Don't even have a passport, so, unless the road game was in Montreal it's a no go for me to travel as well.
