Saturday 1 August

Most of these games are on when ours is

NYCFC hosts Montreal - Drogba might glower, Lampard might play Afternoon match

DCU hosts RSL - Sabario plays his old team, DCU continues to ride its luck

Philly hosts NYRB - two teams with new signings, only 1 doing well

Orlando hosts Columbus - we play Orlando on Wed, so a game to watch the highlights from. Carlos Rivas is 1 yellow card from a suspension

Sporting KC hosts Houston - SKC rolling along, Houston might be ready to make a run with Cubo Torres

Colorado hosts LAG - oh look, an all star game in Colorado and guess who would have gotten their early to acclimatize

Seattle hosts Vancouver - 50K plus going to this game - Vancouver can put a serious dent in Seattle's narrative

Sunday 2 August

SJE hosts Porlland - two teams needing to get on a roll

Chicago hosts Dallas - Dallas is the top team in the league right now, Chicago the worst - So Gilberto to score a hat trick?

Afternoon match so Frank and Didier can make the early bird specials.

Is Drogba going to play tomorrow?

edit: Just seen on twitter he's 2-ish weeks away.

Impact win now only 1 point behind TFC with the same number of games played and with Drogba waiting to play, no room for error every game becomes important now any points dropped can come back to bite you. Will this team fold like in years past? No room for any losing streaks, you go on any type of losing streak like in years past at now and you can kiss the season goodbye. Is this a different TFC team than the past 8 years well we are going to soon find out. TFC has all these home games left, will they take advantage of home field or will home field not mean much like in years past? It's going to be interesting the pressure is on now, hopefully they finally get the job done and will finally leave futility behind them, let's hope so!

If we can take something positive from yesterday it is that Dom Dwyer picked up a yellow card and is suspended for the game against us next Sat.
Oh, and everyone else's defence looked like shit too
