Good Morning D.
Went to Hamilton last night for Pan Am match.
Beautiful new facility in Hamilton. Too bad our girls team lost!
Looking forward to our boys playing at BMO on Saturday!

That is the worst headline I have ever read. No I will not click it.

Hope. It comes in more than one size.

Ladies and Gents,
make sure you hydrate for Saturday.

Current details:
A warm front forecast to cross Southern Ontario on Friday will usher in a hot, humid airmass which will bring forecast high temperatures around 30 with humidex values around the 40 mark on Saturday afternoon.

Probably a good thing you didn't click since if you had listened to the attached Tim&Sid discussion you would probably have blown a gasket. John seems to have become really pessimistic about Canada's prospects since the Gold Cup began. I can't say I'm surprised, but we're only 3 years into a revamp of the development system so it will be at least another 5 years before we can determine if the new path is any better than the old one. This assumes all the provinces follow the plan the same way. I assume Molinaro knows this as well, which is what worries me about his current tone. Did he have a chance to converse with the upper echelons of Canadian Soccer who were at the CAN-CRC game and what they confided to him has set his current tone? If that's the case and the CSA is disoriented and sees no path forward, then Canada may well and truly be boned long-term.

Game day down in the Hammer again.

We'll see what difference if any there is between this game and Brazil last Sun.
