There are two articles about DeRo & his retirement in the Star print edition today, I don't have time to link them at the moment.

I think that the article sounds like it makes a lot of sense and KJ does appear to be a knowledgeable guy when speaking about soccer. My question is this: Vanney is the coach and he is probably way more knowledgeable about soccer than KJ based on his coaching badges and direct involvement in the game both as a player and coach, so do we trust what KJ is saying over what Vanney is doing?. By agreeing with the article by KJ we are basically inferring that Vanney does not know what he is doing. I may be a little naive but I would like to think that he should know what he is doing. The same applies to all the pundits who seem to think they know where Bradley should be played (De Vos for one), are we to believe them and not trust that Vanney or Klinsman know how to play him correctly?. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and I am not saying I don't agree with them, I just can't fathom how guys who are way more qualified than ourselves could be getting things so wrong.
