It comes down to this: He sees the passion for soccer in Canada, but it's not enough, whether or not they get franchises instead of a US market will depend on talks they will be holding with sponsors and media outlets to judge the support they are willing to give to soccer in Canada. MLSE will also be participating in these talks.
