Are we able to print off All Star tickets if you are a season ticket holder or do you have to bring in the hard ticket that came in the season ticket holder package - the All Star game does not show up in the Account Manager??

word is that you can't.
You can pick them up at the ticket office BUT ONLY if you're arranged it with your ticket rep.

Personally, I think it will do a good job of discouraging some scalping.

You can't print them off. You have to either use your ticket, or get the box office to issue you another one.

FYI guys,
If you are the account holder of your season tickets you can have the box office print you one to use for access. You don't have to call your TFC account manager to do this.

^ I heard that had to be arranged before the game.

when in doubt, call your ticket rep.

it doesn't have to be arranged.......I had posted that I had called my rep to see what I could do and that he sent me to the box office......I think it got interpreted as "you must call your rep".

I also posted that they told me not to try to do it the day of the game, but might be too late for that.....lol

Be Aware: The ticket office WILL charge you for it.

If you go far enough in advance, it should be ok.

I finally got through to a ticket rep. He said I should probably just bite the bullet and use the hard copy because the box office is gonna be jammed and they are charging $5 to do it. I am just gonna bring something in my backpack to keep the ticket mint.
