Personally I'd like to see Jozy try the Kruyf Special for his net trick. For those who don't know what I'm talking about (and I have to admit I just saw this for the first time this morning), it can be seen here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sEk61PRlFs

Cheers

knowing MLS refs they wouldn't know how to handle it, it'd go in and they'd blow the whistle after the fact and issue a free kick going the other way.
then it'd be glossed over a million times by the armchair analyst, simon borg, and everyone on the MLS subreddit.

i'd just prefer that we score. g:D

ya i did this last summer in rep (coachs idea) goal stood but didnt go over well with opposing parents or the ref who gave me and our forward a yellow card for unsportsmanlike
I say try it but make sure no ones on a yellow!

Tried something similar once years ago where my teammate layed it off and I shot it. Ref didn't allow it, got into an argument with my coach about it. I had no idea about its legality at the point, just did it because coach said to. Ultimately penalty retaken 'directly' and scored.

Henry and Pires tried to do this for Arsenal and failed. Here's an article about it - most interesting part is that it explains how it is legal.
