"No more Mr. Nice Guys" should be changed to "No more Mr. Incompetent Guys". We never had a "nice" FO. We had incompetence from top to bottom. Even with ALL the support, the money, the ownership group, we failed time and time again to put experience first. Not sure that has changed, but the team they assembled may help to turn things around.
