If you are going to buy something from Real Sports do it in person, NOT online!!!
Ordered a women's small away jersey(onyx) and a matching ladies black cap for a combo birthday-xmas present(birthday cap-xmas jersey).
I thought that the hat looked great and she loves black so it was win win, or so I thought.

My order was waiting on my porch when I got home.
When I opened the parcel I noticed that the jersey was correct but the hat was one of those cheap red ones!!!
They don't even have a red women's cap listed on their web site!!!
Called them up, the first girl I talked to appologised and said that I could come down to RS to exchange it.
Well, since my friend's birthday was coming up soon I thought about it.
I asked her to put one of the black caps away for me with my name at the desk so I was sure that there was one when I got there and that I wouldn't have to explain it all over again.
She said ok and put me on hold to do it.
After a while she came back on and said that they don't have any of those black caps!
I asked when will they be getting more, she didn't know.
So I asked for a full refund as I didn't want either if that was the case.
She told me to come down to Real Sports anytime for a refund.
I said sorry, you sent me the wrong stuff, you pick it up.
Passed on to manager...
Manager says that I can come down and exchange it for the proper item.
I told the manager that the person I talked to before said you don't have it in stock.
Put back on hold....
Comes back on, says they will mail me a courier label, all I would have to do is supply the box to return it for a refund.
I asked if I could use the box they sent it in, they paused and then agreed! :P
I know it sounds like sour grapes,
beware, you have been warned!
PS: Funny thing is, is that it is still listed as in stock!
