That's right, I was fucking ticket checked by a BMO Field offical after some part-time supporters decide to show up in 112 30 MINUTES LATE!!
(wearing regular clothes, not even a speck of red)

Why this ticket guy is there first of all, is beyond me...I guess the guys must have asked him to help them out......

So anyways, in the middle of all the action, the two guys and the Bmo guy comes to my row and starts asking people for their tickets. Then he gets to me. I go to my pocket to pull out my ticket....oh shit...where is it? Okay, maybe its in my bag of streamers....I turn my back to the action, get on all fours and reach for my bag....umm...shit, its gotta be here somewhere...So I'm struggling looking for my ticket while this guy with his hand out staring at me...so now I'm starting to panic a bit...missing the action looking for my fucking print out sheet. Finally after some frantic pocket searching, I look down at the row below and see a folded piece of paper...BINGO...its my ticket.

This totally killed the rest of the first half for me and left me pissed more than anything. Why the hell was the guy even there??? Why the fuck did he want my ticket so goddamn bad? Why did I have to go on my hands and knees to look for a bloody piece of paper because these two bastards WHO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER SHOWING UP FOR THE SECOND HALF where 30 minutes late......

Anyways, rant over I suppose, maybe some of the guys around me can chime in and make some sense of my angry rant haha.

Fuck though...

Were you the guy to my left? :D Or the guy yelling "These are scalped seats!" from one row above?

Either way, yeah that was real shite, almost as bad as the teams performance.

hey at least the BMO guy wasn't accompanied by two cops and didn't ask for tickets from a bunch of other people around you in the middle of the game... as it did a few weeks ago

The ticket checking is becoming an inconvenience, I try not to go out at half-time to the concourse, but when I do its such a pain to get back. Huge line of people. The guy that has been there lately knows me and is cool, but whenever there is a noob...you can imagine...the security company there is pretty useless for the most-part as well...

At the entrance, yeah, obviously check it...but going into the section to check tickets in the middle of play...Com'on!

During play, thats even worse. What a waste. It is like they are looking for reasons to both people...if no ones complains, just let them be, thats not to much to ask for. Of course incompetence and stupidity of Northwest/Fortress security prevails again.

worst is when they go and do it when Toronto is attacking or when a set piece is happening...

If you're too stupid to understand that people are trying to watch a game... you shouldn't be working a game...

I showed up 35 minutes late to the game! Why? Because the line of cars pulling into the parking lot was unbelievable. I was at the stadium at 6:45 and it look nearly an hour to get to a spot. I.. Am.. Never.. Driving.. Again..

don't park at BMO, it's a ripoff of both time and money...

The smart bet is to park north of the GO Train tracks at Liberty/Atlantic ($3 on weekends) or Lamport

I was beside Daveisonfire and these guys showed up closer to 40' I thought. The guard actually checked my ticket as well. Then both of these guys ot on their cellphones and left the section after 5 minutes of play. I am proud and happy to announce their seats were used by real fans.

I was beside you(edit: BigLou as well) with my buddy, the ticket guy made me get out of the row completely. Then i was holding a beer for some guy who bought two, because he was paying for the other one, and the security guard comes up to me and asks for ID, i tell him im just holding it for him and he keeps going on, whatever though. My 112 experience was awesome otherwise:canada:

This happened in 127 a few games ago and I actually got escorted from the stadium because of it.

We complained FO, and they've made sure it hasn't happened again.

Apparently an email even circulated trying to find out who the chick with the clipboard that kicked me out was.

I have been down in 112 for 4-5 games now and this was by far the most rockin I have ever seen it. I'm still wondering how those loser guys got their tickets.

I wanna know why I got asked not to stand on my chair, and the guys 2 seats down from me didn't?

Has anyone else in 112 been asked to get off their chair? I just wanna see if they're consistant, or if it's only me.

Once. Once I was asked to get off my chair by some security girl. I laughed stepped off, stepped back on while she was watching and had no problem since.

It seems to vary from game to game for me. I did it all last year with no problems- what different now?:noidea:

I was ticketed on my way into 112. My real ticket was for 220 so I acted like I was looking for it and then pointed down by Britchat and said that my seats were "down there"

he let me go in

That was me actually. I was furious. The security guy was pushing away real fucking supporters and then had the nerve to tell me (us) that the two guys had every right to be there because they had tickets. I told him that they did not have any right to be there because those were scalped tickets (illegal to buy or sell).

I am sick of TFC not taking care of this problem. If atmosphere means anything to them they would respect the true supporters, get rid of the scalpers, and re-sell those seats to RPB's.

I think they're forgetting who made this club what it is. It's definitely not the players who can't even beat a bottom of the table USL team. What a joke!

i had the pleasure of being asked off of the railing, off the chair, out of the aisle, out of that windshield that we hang the RPB banner on. off of peoples hands/back, out of crowded rows, etc...

At one point (during the 2nd half I believe) a yellow jacketed security boy came down into 112 and made everyone move from the aisle. The second he walked back up out of the way everyone sidestepped right back into the aisle. Everyone had a good laugh, including the grey shirted security guards at the entrance.

Security is getting ridiculous. 112 can take care of itself.

I was there when the guy was trying to get the guys behind us to produce their tickets. The guys with the tickets had no idea where the seats were and I glanced at the ticket and told the security guy to take a closer look. The tickets were for 113 not 112. It was the older security guy and he had no clue as to sections and row numbers. They were on the other side of 113.

For real...we need to get BMO Field and MLSinToronto to back take care of this garbage. While they are fiddling with this nonsense, real problems are not being taken care of elsewhere.
