With all the back and forth with the date for the game in Montreal, I know it has not been ideal for a lot of people with travel plans and all but we are now less than a week away from the big game. So what is everyone plans, are we expecting a big crowd along the lines of the 500 seats allotted for away supporters? Are people once again up for pre-game at McLean's and then marching up to the subway. Lets make a plan and have a great time.

Im heading down on Friday morning with the wife. I hope we get a good crowd coming for the game with all the changing of all the dates. I hope there is some pre-drinking at Mcleans that was fun last yr. Lets get a plan going so everyone is not at different pub on Saturday.

Cousins wedding friday night then leaving at 5am to get to montreal, I booked both saturday and sunday night a while ago. I expect us to have a few hundred but i think date changes and hotel costs may have deterred a decent sized group from going.

The group i'm bringing will likely be down for Mcleans as well unless the travel plans take longer than expected.

I will probably end up bringing one of the KingsintheNorth's drums with me. Has anyone brought a drum with them before? just want to know what to expect.

This may be the first time I won't be making Montreal. I want to go and bring a few friends, but like Red said, we've had so many schedule changes and issues with the Impact FO, that we're probably gonna see one of the lowest road trip numbers for this one.

It sucks, but there you have it. And I hope those that do make it have a great time.

I'm taking the train to and from Montreal and I'll be there from Friday to Monday.

There is an Argo Als game Friday night at 7pm.
I'll be there along with a couple of other RPBs.

There are still quite a few tickets left, my seats are end zone seats in section P4, $28 each all in.

Just emailed the FO about the drum etc... I can likely bring the 2 bigger ones the kings have assuming we have another person capable of playing it. I have only been on the one for a handful of games i would consider myself on the verge of being average at it.

4 of us are heading down Friday by train to catch the Argo game too. We plan on heading over to Mcleans before the TFC/IMFC game on Saturday so hopefully enough supporters are there to travel en masse to Saputo.

Ya got that info after I had already made the trip to BMO and back. Picked up the two so I'm going to bring them and if 1 doesn't end up used only a marginal amount of effort wasted

Does anyone know if we are allowed to bring flags? I have a TFC flag that is 5' x 3' attached to a plastic pole would that be allowed? What about streamers

Flags are a yes... occasionally you get places that are sticklers with the type of poles they allow in. Be at the Viau entrance at 4 pm (basically when we should all be showing up) and they will be allowing drums and flags through.

The rep didn't tell me anything about having to be there that early. Is the Viau entrance our own entrance or are we GA with everyone else?

Don't know if it is our own or shared but police and security will be at that location at 4 pm.

Just about finished packing... taking the whole family up to to Montreal for a family vacation (Thurs through Tues). The boy and I will be going to the game, looking forward to meeting up with everyone at Maclean's and then the game. After tonight and Nelson's quip about this game being a 'must win' (and I kinda agree with him), I'm looking forward to my first road win. Been miserable after the last few games, hoping to come back happy.

See you all there!

It's good to get at the entry gate at 4.... Just to get on without fuss, yes the time may not be exact but .....less fuss and less interaction with limpact problem makers......Me I'll see who's at macleans before 4 say 2-2:30.....Then get to the viau stop ....As per macleans not allowing kids, sounds like the old bar days of women's only entrances. If not 4 tfc supporters there is no reason to go.....ha..McKibbins 4 me , except tomorrow. ....but there is Dorchester park right across the street where we all met last time anyway. .... Just reading this last post still in montreal. ..(stuffed) :).... Had way better time than I ever imagined. .....recognized basically no one ... except for a few. .friendly faces... And that made a great party. ..The new fans we met were wonderful and family...At the game, . we were held up at the gate by security for 20 mins , expecting quite a few rebel routers. ..... After everyone bitched we finally got through. Think next time just go in wherever you want. Our section (higher up), was fine by me , stood in the middle of the capos and to me it seemed like EVERYONE was singing and fantastic ! Their crowd definitely noticed tfc supporters who never stopped. The two 'capos' were the catalyst' to our great showing . Like their stadium, (apparently their fans don't as they only get 16,000? )..the roof covers the stands a bit but
seemed to push our singing out to the field greatly acknowledged by the team .....Now if we can get home . Without another train derailment :)....
Special mention to GlenM... Who was rescheduled to game day on his train after the derailment he went via Ottawa and arrived with his luggage at half time. .. (trooper) AND Gregg ? and his 3 friends who after being delayed at Kingston on the train cab it in at a cost of $400..... Some true fans there. ...made our weekend....
.
