Definitely recommend checking out the latest soccer central podcast if you're interested about the academy. Fascinating stuff and the first time hearing from Greg Vanney AFAIK.

Thanks. Vanney had been flying under the radar since coming to Toronto, and that's why I asked him to come on the show.

I found his philosophy about player development fascinating.
