Can anyone pm me if they know somebody who owns a company that is selling tickets. I understand the importance of this game. but its incredible how much money tickets are going for  Im afraid this game might cost me triple what I paid for the liverpool game. Thanks :drum:

Call a ticket agent at TFC.
I got an e-mail last week offering to sell me some sort of partial pack which included the "sold out" home opener.

Partial Pack #1 includes the opener and 8 other games.

Only packs worth $541 are available - upper rows of section 223 from what I just saw.

Pack #2 has tickets also in the upper rows of 109 - same price.

For the heck of it, I looked at 4 in a row and it was at the top row of 224.

Not much left.

Hmm....678 tickets on Stub Hub for the opener. Prices are definitely up from last season.

I also received an email offer a couple of days ago for a package of three games that included the season opener.

For all the hype, I'm assuming there are still some tickets floating around.

If you are desperate to go to the game stubhub/kijiji would be a route to take even though i would hate giving money to the dirty scalpers. Another option is calling the tfc ticketing people and seeing when they release the rest of the home opener tickets that would go in partial packs if they are not sold by Saturday.... may just be a case of having to be the first walk up customer on saturday.

I got a pair from eBay for $60. You can find some nice deals on there, but you have to visit the site constantly in the next couple of days if you want a good price.

Just go to ticket master. Searched for two and got a pair. The trick is "best available" works in MLSE's favour not yours. I said no as $182/ticket is just stupid. They have some at $98/pair but that's stupid too. There are pairs at $55/ticket as well.

The home opener is like the Jays opener. Pretty popular but not impossible. Go for games 2-6 and you'll likely have your pick of the litter.

Never discount the idea of buying on game day either. There are always "ticket drops"

Never dealt with Stubhub before so thought I would give it a gander. Most expensive ticket is actually in 114. $139.50....wow. Somebody is hoping someone loaded is desperate to sit in that section.
