Toronto gets a first-round pick (15th overall) in the 2014 MLS SuperDraft and a third-rounder in 2016

I wonder if he will have to buy his own jersey?

I have no problem with the guy. He did a job here. Pretty much no less or more than expected. Hope he ends his career in Philly.

I wonder if he will have to buy his own jersey? He probably has his TFC jersey listed on Ebay

We seem to have a lot of draft picks now. Clearly showing that they want a some really good young depth.

did a job.
Not sure he makes NYRB any stronger.
Hope we use this opportunity to improve his position.

He would have to for the trade to make any sense, right?

If NYRB were willing to pay him close to last year's salary, they could have just grabbed him in the 1st round of re-entry, instead of giving up the 1st and Suppl.

Not that a late first is worth much, but I am amazed anyone would give up anything to sign Convey. Pretty marginal MLS player at this point.

Their GM is an English league guy and Convey was an internationally rated youth before he went to Reading for a while. It was a long time ago but it wouldn't surprise me if that was why.
