Funny how this Payne story is not on the front page of the TFC website...or anywhere on it for that matter.

Don't think it's official yet. All supposed to come out today...plus some more. I really hope that EC is one of the removed. He still stinks of the past.

Don't think it's official yet

Sigh

Official sackings- a day ahead of official word
Official signings- at least a month to a year in advance. If the trade is dead by then.

Sigh

Supposedly it's Payne, Cochrane and Onstad...

We'll find out for sure later this morning I guess.

and another tidbit from RPB meeting w/ TL comes out

The team also announced, that out of consideration for season seat holders, renewals for 2014 TFC season seats would be delayed from later this month until January, 2014 to give supporters proper time to evaluate the team’s off-season moves and progress before committing.

I don't get with the mess the team was in Payne seemed to do a really good job. Our stats have been decent.. and sure we are lacking upfront but honestly we have had issues there where we haven't had a decent striker in over a year.

That is the issue that needs to be solved... if Koev had been healthy or had they not made the error that was Earnshaw (who also was injured for a good period) and brought in a strong striker, that could have put 8 more balls in the net this year.. we'd be in play off contention. Or back line is much improved and now average with the rest of the league...

Our attack is in need of help. (and has been for years but it is currently the worse it's been since year one)

Really that was Paynes only sin no strong attack.

Not sure if anyone heard it, but during Tim Leiweke's conference call stream, he was asked if he is committed to bringing in an Italian DP...he gave a one word answer..."Yes."

This could be interesting.

Glad to see Ryan Nelsen is still being given a chance. I hope he can continue as Toronto FC's head coach.

Yeah, definitely one of those lies, damn lies, and statistics. Not larger in terms of total attendance, not more expensive in terms of ticket prices, and not more efficient in terms of selling a portion of available tickets.

We're growing, but we're still small fish.
