I really hope they don't go down the path of expansion for a while. Let NYCFC come in and it rounds the league out to 20 teams. Houston gets put in the West to balance out the conferences. Run with 20 teams for 3-4 years and what I would like to happen I know it's a pipedream but make a deal with USL/NASL to have a promotion/relegation system. I know it will never happen but teams consistently in the bottom will at least have a chance to make some money fighting to stay in the league.

Not to mention more teams equals more of a watered down talent pool.

Orlando and then who for expansion? Atlanta and Sacramento are bogus and weak. Twin Cities as in Minnesota/St Paul? Don't see the demand but whatever. It's just another cash injection that turns in to mouths to feed.

Hope they stick at 20 teams for awhile, and let the league consolidate. Let weak franchises move if need be, but no new franchises. Not interested in seeing expansion for expansion's sake.

I heard Qatar has put in a strong bid for a MLS team, in Qatar. For whatever reason the league is looking favorably on the deal, er idea.
