Just a traffic heads up that the Dufferin Bridge is closing to vehicle traffic on June 12 for 18 months. It will remain open for cyclists and pedestrians. There are plans to put up temporary bridges. This will definitely put more strain on Strachan and Jameson not to mention access points to the CNE grounds.

It looks like more details will be released in June, seems foggier than a senator's expenses.

It's in the linked article. Bridge over the rail corridor, near the Gardiner, right at the north boundary of the Ex, 5-minute walk from BMO. It's an old bridge.

missed it in the article

thats going to be a traffic nightmare

at least go is every 1/2 hour on the lakeshore line

This may sound crazy, but how come no one ever thought about putting a casino at the ex, and having the casino pay for part of that bridge :/

Wow - that is going to be a driving nightmare. Thanks for posting, I'll have to change my travel plans to Toronto for the rest of the season. GO train for me for a while.

a quick heads up to everyone
new no left turn sign have been put in off of liberty street to dufferin. (add that to the 5 other sings on that light post now)

cop hiding in the shadows with his camera rolling pinched my wife last night at 10pm.

just another reason people avoid Toronto, silly signs with silly cops looking to meet their quota.
