Who are some players that had bad attitudes when playing here? Ryan Johnson had a bad attitude and here's an example.

Everyone else was going ham after we scored a crucial goal, but for Johnson it was nothing special. I always try to take note of players that have bad attitudes.
Who are some others?

Well it wasn't exactly while he was playing but Plata literally just walked out on the team. Pretty unprofessional.

Also DeRo when he was asking for more money.

RJ9 played with heart; always ran his ass off;

stevanovic would be someone who had a bad attitude; he thought he was great and would be making a highlight film of himself for his playing resume

Also DeRo when he was asking for more money.

DeRo had every right to ask for more money IMO.......Paying Deslugman way more money then him was one of the worst moves ever.

Maicon Santos. I remember Winter playing him as an AM once and he sulked the entire game.

I'd be careful on these, things are not always what they seem.

Remember when Nick Garcia was "the rat" spying in the locker room for Mo Johnston? Everyone was certain because they played together in KC they had this close relationship. Except we later found out Garcia was the MLSPU rep and he clashed with Mo all the time.

I remember Marco Reda always being a miserable c#nt.

I'm not sure how to paint the Plata situation... Mariner clearly didn't want him around and who knows how he was being treated by management.

Cuntingham for his hands on hips moment if we're going there with Santos' AM sulking.

But the supposedly worst potential bad apple attitude wise was supposed to be Amado Guevara but in Toronto I don't think we saw that side of him.

Here he is striking the pose (that's about all he was striking)

And Carlos Ruiz was a pretty big sulk during his brief stint

I disagree he had "every right". Did he deserve more? Absolutely. But he's the one who signed his contract. He agreed to make how much he was making. As a professional, you can't expect clubs to bend over backwards and rip up existing contracts because you happen to be outperforming the relative value of your salary.

And even if you disagree with that point, there's no arguing you shouldn't celebrate by writing a cheque, or taking your gripes to the media, or secretly going on trial across the ocean. That's unprofessional no matter how you slice it.

Maybe management was treating him poorly. But if they were I think it's probably Plata's own doing. He wanted out probably more than Mariner did, and he decided to just force our hand and leave. There were pictures of him holding his LDU Quito jersey at a press conference before the club even acknowledged he was gone.

Ruiz, hands down.

Cuntingham comes second, hands on hips.

Laurent Robert!

Why? I personally wish we gave him more of a chance.

Robert lost interest after a while. In many ways I cannot blame him.

Cunningham, no question.

Nothing drives more more nuts than the Cunningham discussion. He was hurt, was used stupidly as a lone striker, and had a full dose of the Mo/Anselmi circus. He had 2-3 outstanding years post TFC.

But he's the bad guy because he put his hands on his hips. What, you mean the way Didier Drogba does?

btw really? This is totally childish. See you in another thread.

My ire towards him stems from that sitter he missed three feet from the goal. Probably less to do with attitude really.

Anyone have a link to that goal? I have tried looking several times but couldn't find it. That was the goal that carver sent him away for.

I remember that carver, in an interview post game, said he had no idea how he had scored 97 goals (or whatever he was on) in the MLS. I laughed my ass off, but completely agreed.

Robert looked like he thought he was so much better than TFC and the MLS. He had a great first game, made some excellent plays that the other players then messed up. After that game he looked like he would rather stab himself in his eyes rather than play for the club/league.

Ruiz takes the cake for me, even over Cunny. The Gatorade "incident" was the first time I saw a TFC player expressing his displeasure to such an extent. Fuck him, he had a horrible game and gets subbed out. Princess, deal with it off the pitch in the coach's office. Now you look like a tool in front of your teammates and supporters.
Think of the poor water boys!
