Yeah something doesn't read right about that passage because the sentence after sorta contradicts that.

However, that is a real stretch to describe LaBrocca as a difference-maker on both sides of the ball. He did well at Chivas but here, IMO, he was terrible. Turned the ball over as though it was a requisite and his set piece delivery was abysmal. He was only effective during hurricane-like weather.

I think Frings in 2011 was that difference maker.
