I was afraid that the team was going to get slaughtered on Saturday, but I was impressed with how well they managed to play together and how organized the defense looked all game. Bekker, Earnshaw, Ephraim, all looked great, they looked like English Championship talent. I cant wait to get rid of Hall and Dunfield in central midfield.

IMO, both teams didnt get going, but I think it had more to do with Vancouver gaining the 1-0 lead with the goal by Koffee and being satisfied with very decent work from their rookies on both wings.

Still, I'm impressed at how well groomed the entire package performed, from coaching to the players on the field.

Sucks for them. I knew it was serious from his reaction. He's not the type to make of meal of things.

At first I thought oh know is Larson dying? did someone tell him to say something nice? then I read the end and said oh well we can rule out a fatal illness... I'm thinking he was told to write something positive.

Also that maybe the worse SSG picture I have ever seen... it looks like it was shot with a Cell Phone.
