View Full Version : TFC Open Practice: August 5

Red CB Toronto

Noticed this on the TFC website, the Reds are having an open practice on August 5 at 10:30, tickets are $5.00 and the coaches will have a mic so you can hear what is being said. It would be nice to get a good group of RPB out for it.

You'd think they'd give it to charity or something...dicks.

We watched the boys practise in Charleston- I highly recommend it. I gained a newfound respect for Carver that day.

Oh Paul, I guess there is someone on the grassy knoll... *laughs internally at how Paul constantly uses the boards as a measuring stick to gouge the supporters further* (See video feed thread)

C'mon Paul, fess up... Why would you not let the individuals who have made this team a blinding success attend a practice for free? I think some reward is needed for the supporters who have built the franchise.

That makes his shot doubly impressive, to keep aim while keeping rhythm.... Too bad TFC can't do the same... ;)

Agree 100% with everything you said. Next year they'll add another practice with the potential success of this one and entry will be $10

this isn't anything different to what their big blue and white brothers do at the ACC - except they are $10 a ticket

hey if he wants to pay $50 let him pay $50. My I want our place to have real grass and a roof and the price of beer to be under 5$ but i think that is asking too much ... & oh I want 3 of the top EPL teams to come play and for them to sell Heineken or becks on daft or cans at bmo .....:canada:

putting on an event for 8,000 KIDS costs money. having a supporter come to practice from time to time does not. PM me if you want to come to practice. Seriously - you guys think I'm the biggest prick shill around. Why am I so nice to you? because you pay my salary.

PS this and next week are crazy for me. but pm me...I'll respond.

See the latest what your company has done?

Give away free tickets to a preason game. Wow that was great I must admit. But wait, you guys added a preason game so it's really no big deal, MLSE doesn't have to dig into their own pockets and provide a free game.

But even then it's okay, because little Jimmy whose never seen the Leafs still has an opputunity to see them for free.

Oh shit but wait...Coca Cola has gotten first dibs and are grabbing everyseat available so they can add some extra advertising.

Great Job man ( and I don't mean you...I mean MLSE)

Hey. if $5 is going to break you, why not just go to a reserve gave? They've been free anytime I've gone. Once I had to show a SSH card but it was still free to get in. The next game is August 24th.

http://toronto.fc.mlsnet.com/mls/reserve/

Paul, the loudest among us don't necessarily speak for all of us. When I become dissatisfied with your product I'll stop buying it. Judging by the amount of money I've spent so far I must think you're doing a pretty good job.

yea i dont understand why people make such a deal over it being 5 bucks. Like stated above by someone the leafs do it as well. Its no big deal. Im pretty sure you gotta have some extra staff at BMO when something like this is going on and they need to get paid. 5 bucks geezzzzzz get over it. We should complain about bigger things anyways, like the price of beers :)

Have you asked Fowler? Im told he's only training with Blackburn.

(this is an in-joke for those of you who dont know)

By the way, if the grassy knoll was artificial turf, the shot would likely have missed.
