LOL @Kings fans. Hollywood South has a constant reminder of Canadiana. Almost as much as Florida. No surprise it came from hockey fans and not basketball fans. They'd have less to do and feel marginalized in their own city.

Thats actually the offcial L.A. Kings twitter, they do some paticularly funny tweets for an offical team twitter account. More teams should follow their digital marketing lead.

I watched the game last night and it has always occured to me that there's a club division between the Designated Players and the rest of the squad. In particular, there always seems to an overwhelming amount of emotion for the DP players when they score goals and then when Magee scores, only a few players come up to Magee to celebrate with him and rarely do the DP's give credit to Magee. If you watch its and interesting divide on that team.

I really didn't get that sense....but I may not have been watching it as much as you. The first person to offer congrats to Magee was Donovan and Keane threw up his hands in the air right after the goal was scored.

Didn't get that sense either, but if anyone should be congratulated, it should be Magee. He's the whole reason they won last year.
