View Full Version : What's up with the GK situation on Wednesday night?

With both Freddy Hall and Quillan Roberts playing international matches Tuesday night, Hall against Saint-Martin in a Carribean Cup qualifier and Roberts vs. Trinidad and Tobago in a U20 friendly what's the situation with the Reds GKs for Wednesday.

Milos will also just be returning to training today being Tuesday after the birth of his three children which I am sure has included some sleepless nights, it should be interesting.

My guess is that Lambe and Hall will be back in time.

Bermuda has already been eliminated. Their match against St. Martin is irrelevant. Wouldn't surprise me if they skip it.

Professor No-pants will play with an empty net and and extra defender, since he forgot who Kocic is......the extra defender will give TFC another option to use when they are looking to aimlessly kick the ball out, and it will result in TFC setting a new record by having less than 20% of the ball.........

No frills, no keeper.

We could build a total voetbal team around Terry.

On another note, after tending to three kids playing GK in MLS will seem like a vacation.

we'll have signed a new 'keeper by Wednesday - don't you worry.

I hear Craig Forrest is available.

LOL. Yes. Except for that one match against Man. Utd. He was very vague about that one.

If there's an issue, we can always call on one of the MLS back-up keepers, like we did earlier this season.

I thought I saw a report that Kocic was back in training, so that's one. With triplets, I wouldn't be surprised if they are still in hospital, so he might still be getting sleep ... for a few more days at least.

My prediction is that it will be Kocic starting

but I'll bring my cleats and gloves just in case.

LOL...g:D Never a dull moment.

My guess is MLS pool player will get some time, but that question has me thinking about some of the Canadian kids out there?

Adam Street-?
Josh Wagenaar- He's apparently the assistant coach at an university in the U.S.
David Monsalve-?
Roberto Stillo- This guy is listed on the Genoa roster on Wiki, which has to get your hopes up quite a bit.

Theres quite a few out there, but the majority of them have options to play for another nation.

As I suspected, Hall and Lambe didn't play for Bermuda yesterday (they killed St. Martin 8-0 anyways).

So I think we can assume they are both back in Toronto already and can be used for tonight's game.

I'm sure Kocic will be back to his spot on the bench.

Both Hall and Lambe were training with TFC yesterday.
