I'm thinking there will be disappointed Canadian faces tonight regardless of the outcome of the match with France.

So Hall gets some attention. Doesn't say much for the Academy they're touting in another article, though. Well done on getting to the final kids! Hope you get a better chance than Roberts did. He'd be playing more in the NCAA instead of being passed over at TFC. Academy system needs work. Most of all where these kids can play while they wait for first team action.

O'Dea:
“I’m not coming here as an older player picking up a last pay cheque. I’m coming here to do things with the club.”

I wonder if someone like Frings would take offence to that comment? I'm sure O'Dea wasn't trying to be insulting, but his words could be interpreted as saying that older imports like Frings are here for cash first and club second.

He had a similar back line set up at leeds (young guys, multiple partners) and threw them under the bus when asked about their defensive frailties. I'm not sure he means to do it but his words are quite easy to twist at times

ya good job Canadian woman today!!!

anyone see the Seattle vs KC game the other night??? wow the atmosphere at KC was amazing......i never thought i would see that happen in Kansas. And seattle fans that made the travel seemed to be doing there best to make some noise as well, KC fans just out numbered them. It looked and sounded great tho like it was in Europe.
