Still looking for a pic of it.

Knowing that a player loves the club so much that he put in tremendous effort to create a massive tifo makes me a little fuzzy inside. yeah, he had a lot of time on his hand, and art apparently is something of a hobby for him, but I still think this pretty darn cool.

i was knocking it as the FOs attempt at a TIFO, but hearing that frei made it made me feel, like you said, a bit fuzzy inside.

awww Frei...that's cool. Unfortunately the slope of the North Stand didn't make it quite so visible.

Last night's game had Frei's tifo...the game before that the North Stand Card Tifo....is FO trying to send a message?

too bad they put it at the north end where there aren't enough people to hold it up so we could read it

Great work Stefan!

Too bad it was in the North. Would've been better in the south.

Hard to read what it says.

Looks like:

Try together
something, something
conquer together

and I think that is a picture of a knight holding a TFC shield. Hard to say...

I missed this altogether. Did Frei make that banner? Is so, that is seriously cool.

If this tifo was in fact made by Stefan Frei, how does one explain the card tifo from the RBNY game? Surely that was a FO move, no?

As for the tifo itself, it should have been dropped from the second tier, not held up. Tifos look much better when they're dropped down.

people got to learn that tifo's are not "the parachute game", he put alot of work in that and it is kinda ruined by the people underneath.

Stefan has done the biggest TIFO "in BMO" this season, thanks Stefan

Kudos to Frei for a great TIFO.

I hope he'll be ready for game action soon. With all due repect to Kocic, Frei has been sorely missed in league play this season.

Exactly. I think the other reason it looks off (at least from Prizby's photo), is because there are too many empty seats underneath the tifo. There's nothing to hold it up except a few people on the sides. Unfortunate really as I thought the tifo was nicely done.

Like I said earlier, tifos like this need to be dropped down, like this:

If anyone comes across a better photo of Stefan's tifo, or video for that matter, please share it.

i agree code red, but for us to do vertical tifos, then we would need rigging, something that isn't likely going to happen any time soon,

on another note , i had to move that "fight together" and Railing banner up 2 flights of stairs a day ago and thought to myself " too bad we realy have no use for this ever again, "

Last night's game had Frei's tifo...the game before that the North Stand Card Tifo....is FO trying to send a message?

They saw the banners in the pic that Code Red posted and decided they wanted to play the role of Supporters. Too bad they are failing miserably. (Is anyone surprised?) We got notice that they were interested in getting involved in 'tifo' at a meeting a few months ago and told them to keep it out of the south end.

Given that Frei was involved in this I'll give it a pass though.

I should add....its funny that Frei is getting involved in banners and other 'Supporter' activities.

It was only a couple years ago that he told a bunch of TFC Supporters to just not bother showing up on road trips if they didn't like the shitty performance they saw. He didn't give a fuck about Supporters. Maybe he has had a change of heart though.

It can be done, but it would require some strong hands that or the tifo would have to be pre-tied to the railing, then released downward.

As for the rigging, you're right, it ain't going to happen anytime soon. Too bad as there are some really creative individuals in this group.

Very impressed that TIFOs are being planned, constructed and deployed by different placed/sources.

It's about time that we all try and make a contribution to bring back TIFOs. I would be happy to make a financial contribution to offset costs incured, as long as the messaging was RPB sanctioned.

If it was done by Frei than kudos. I thought along the same thing as wowza that it was a FO move.
