I doubt this is a personal attack on the country north of his border. It's a tongue-in-cheek comment on the irony of the situation. If I went to the U.S. for work for one day, and it was Canada Day, i'd be a little pissed i don't get to celebrate with fellow countrymen with a few Mooseheads, and might just tweet about it.
