Tues 15 May
Portland at Houston, 830pm
-John Spencer slowly being in the hot seat in Portland
Wed 16 May
Colorado at DC United, 730pm
-DC will want to move on from poor showing at Houston to take on a well rested Colorado
Sat 19 May
Seattle at Vancouver, 5pm
-Cascadia match up offers plenty of entertainment between two of better teams in the West *GOTW pick*
New York at Montreal, 730pm
-NY seemed to have found belief, and this is without Henry.
Houston at New England, 730pm
-NE have put on some Jekyl and Hyde performances this season. When this team is on, it can take on anyone in MLS. At least Houston has Brad Davis back on form
Philadelphia at Dallas, 830pm
-What is going on in Philly? Nowak has lost his mind, and his team is playing like it.
Kansas City at Colorado, 9pm
-Still top of the East, but how long will KC stay there?
Los Angeles at Chivas USA, 1030pm
-Did anyone expect LA to be one of worst teams in the West at this point? And Chivas USA to have such a poor home record?
Columbus at San Jose, 1030pm
-SJ is too reliant on Wondo's goals, while Columbus really needed that win vs Dallas to stop a skid.

Pretty cool vid about what being a RSL supporter means for Branden Steineckert and how he came up with the RSL anthem

Yeah, a good one. If Vancouver's back 4 can stay healthy the shitecaps have a chance of going far this year. Lots of skill on display in this match.

Alan Gordon is clutch. Another goal, some sort of ninja volley kick, in final mins of the game to get SJ a point.

I love how Silviu Petrescu gave a yellow for diving to Grazzini in this game. That put a smile on my face. Boyd was just laughing at him and Grazzini was all confused like "hey that's a legit play in Argentina!?"

Just checked out replays of the New York at Montreal game. Another first-time ref, awful awful officiating.
- Very questionable PKs awarded to each side; 2nd one had the feeling of a make-up call.
- 2nd NY goal was clearly offside.
- Missed giving an obvious red card to Montreal's Borovsky near the end, incredibly dangerous & late tackle, only yellow.

Power Rankings are up.
Would anyone have believed Philly and LA in the bottom of the rankings? It's pretty shocking.

Alan Gordon scores another stoppage time goal to give SJ a 3-2 victory at HDC. 3 games in a row he's done this. This is starting to get ridiculous lol

Man, Alan Gordon clutch, unbelievable.
LA are so screwed, losing like that at home. Won't they be missin their DPs for a while now? Who knows, maybe they will play better w/o them. Although it's probably only for a few games due to the break in the MLS schedule.

So there could potentially be two last place teams included when the CCL kicks off. Hahaha. Love seeing the Galaxatives implode like that.
