View Full Version : Globe and Mail section 117 Photo.

Hey guys I was picking up some groceries at a metro when I saw the globe and mail. the front cover has a photo of the first i would guess 15 rows of section 117. I found myself in the photo, thought it was kinda neat. so if youw ere in that section and within the 15 rows, BUY A COPY so that you have a photo of that memorable night.

That's the photo on the front cover (Except the paper has a better resolution photo)

I was surprised this was on the front page of the globe. I picked out two people giving the finger to becks.

When I woke up at my hotel room and went downstairs for breakfast, they left me a copy of the G&M, and that front page photo of our gang in 117 giving Beckham a hard time swelled me with pride. I brought the cover home with me.

What min was that photo? I know i was there for most of the match minus the first 12mins.

^ you'd remember Beckham taking a corner in front of you surely ?

Notice in that pic that for every person giving him the middle finger salute there are at least 40 taking his picture.

Those people need to be ashamed.

Glad the G & M did that. The Star, of course, had to be Leafs, Leafs, Leafs, Leafs even though it was one of the biggest games in Toronto soccer history... because, you know, Leafs Nation is so real.
