Sorry if this has been covered....is the turf installed at Skydome? I assume Winter pulled the team back early because he wants some serious practice time on the plastic...

From the photos i saw it looks like they installed it on tuesday or wednesday I believe. Someone posted the pictures in the CCL pre security meeting thread i think.

Disney organizers must be pissed at TFC right now. That's preseason I guess. Feel bad for any TFC fans that paid their way to Florida. I know its a meaningless game, but the fans that made a week of it must feel jilted.

yes bit of a pisser that the starters left but wednesday is more important for the team and it might be a bit of fun to watch the youngers play they certainly have the enthusiasm

Probably overstating the importance of the DSC to everyone involved. Teams pay to be there and rent the place, basically, so Disney likely couldn't care less. It's on ESPN3, which is just slightly better than dodgeball, so it's not a business thing. And if they risked a first-teamer in an exhibition game with CCL four days away, people would think Winter is nuts.
