I would be OK with a tie, with many serious injuries... :D

NBC is opening with a game at Pizza Hut Park? Not a good endorsement for the league they barely get 10000 a game there.

apparently dallas draws 20k plus just for home openers

Personally, I would rather a spontaneous stadium implosion. But yeah, I guess a tie with many serious injuries would be alright too... :D

And it's a good time to showcase the bouncy castle on national TV :D

Any broadcast that starts with "Good evening and welcome to Pizza Hut Park" is never a good endorsement.

How about a freak March snowstorm in Vancouver, and a roof collapse at the new BC Place? That should do it...

I'm just happy it's is not us. Keeps the boys rested and away from the nightmare of CCL, MLS, CCL, MLS in a ten day period with 8000km+ in travel.

From what I understand, this is just the schedule for all the games that were able to have National Broadcasting, so therefore, TFC still may be playing somewhere that weekend, or did I miss something?
If not, then now we can start speculating to what cities from those that are left that we are playing in.

"Aside from the unlikely threat of three on the trot versus LA, Toronto’s potential March 10 opponents have now been narrowed down to 2010 MLS Cup champion Colorado, the always lively Seattle, fellow 2011 strugglers San Jose and the most mouth watering tie against D.C. United"

I’m hoping for LA or San Jose for travel reasons only.

My lasting impression of that place will always come from the initial beckham tour in MLS. Golden Balls was injured and didn't play, nothing would make those people happy.

The game was an absolute barn burner and one of the most entertaining i'd ever seen. The final score was something like 6-5 LA and include a bicycle kick and a few other great goals.

Wasn't enough for the soccer-mom Beckham jock-stap crowd as they remained antsy the whole game, booing both teams until the point where they disappeared into the lockerooms.

Are MLS seriously thinking about playing a game Denver March 10? Are they nuts?

No surprise that Montreal will be playing Vancouver. They have a footy rivalry that goes back to the old NASL days.

I expect MTL-Toronto to be April 7, as per Paul B.'s hints earlier.

should be nice to do a lil o road trip to the saputo this year...looking forward to a real rivalry after having Columbus thrust down our throats for 5 years...you cant force a rivalry...and with heated link ups in CCL qualifying (garcia KO'd, harden's injury) I sure hope it exceeds what I'm expecting in terms of tenacity and hatred

Seeing as NBC is broadcasting games and ESPN this year. Who will broadcast the MLS Final?
And at what time? Anybody have an idea?
