Considering the importance of the upcoming CCL game...

1) Are any of our guys training in Europe during the offseason?

2) Does tfc run any off season training programs for the players?

So help me god if koev comes into this season the way he started in July I'll lose my fucking mind.

Pretty sure they are off until January. Rest after the season (even though it is pretty short) is just as important as pre-season training.

They will have plenty of time to get the fitness up for the CCL.

As far as Koevs - I've heard it said over and over from top managers over the years that it it very difficult for an unfit player to come in mid-season and get up to speed. Fingers crossed that Koevs starts te season fitter - but who knows. Some players can never make it the full 90 regardless of training.

The CBA forbids MLS club-organized training programs until the pre-season officially starts.

TFC does give their players suggested regimens to carry out on their own but can't monitor them to see if they are doing them.

Some players with Euro connections train with teams over there (Frings is training in Germany), but again that's totally voluntary and organized by themselves. No idea what Koevs is doing, but a full-preseason should ensure that he is in good shape.

Why are teams (Galaxy) still allowed to tour and participate in organized games post season then? Shouldn't there be some equality between teams regarding this?

Looks like they are trying to squeeze every last drop out of the Beckham contract.

I wonder how they got a waiver from the union and the league for the LA Beckhams?

I wonder how David's torn hamstring will affect things...
