.. well, 15h00 CET (Central European Time, which looks to me like 6 hours ahead of us).

You can watch it here :

Follow the Ex-Co press conference live (http://www.fifa.com/aboutfifa/organisation/bodies/news/newsid=1530341/index.html)

Sepp (or one of his minions, probably the recently hired Walter de Gregorio) will go over the events of the last two days of FIFA Ex-Co meetings, and might touch on the Anti-Corruption Reforms expected to be announced today.

Not sure if he's taking questions, but expect a firestorm if he is. FIFA is under a lot of scrutiny these days and people are demanding clarity and answers.

more on this : FIFA to Release Financial-Scandal Documents (http://abcnews.go.com/Sports/wireStory/fifa-release-financial-scandal-documents-14786273)

Blatter said Friday that FIFA's executive committee will examine the documents at a meeting in Tokyo in December. Blatter said an independent body would decide how the case will proceed.

looks like FIFA is still attempting to control it's own fate.

^NP - I think it's wrapped up now... Twitter has been rocking. I'm sure there'll be tons of articles on this shit coming out of the AP, Reuters and the various other agencies and bloggers soon. I'll post the useful stuff here, and if anything cross-references the Corruption thread, then there as well.

FIFA seems to be saying that they are aware that there are issues and intend on investigating them and will set up new committees to make sure none of this kind of thing happens again and "right - that's all settled - let's all meet again on the matter in 2013... who's up for a pint ?", and are last seen leaving FIFA house wih Rupert Murdoch close behind.

Complete article now up :

FIFA to reopen ISL case Blatter announces (http://www.insideworldfootball.biz/news/1-latest-news/9794-fifa-to-reopen-isl-case-blatter-announces)

Promising to work for "transparency and independence" Blatter announced a radical politics-style timetable to be implemented between now and June 2013 which, he hoped, would conclude with FIFA finally being cleansed of corruption scandals with its credibility restored.

^ yeah, well, maybe. When FIFA puts someone on the Transparency and Compliance Task Force who just may be a friend of Nicolas Leoz, one of the chaps named in the ISL docs, you have to wonder how serious they are.
