The Greatest Moments in TFC History

God knows we haven't had many of them throughout the first 5 years of existence, but last night definitely tops the list for me.

What are your top 5 greatest moments in TFC History?

My list is as follows:

1) 2011 - TFC defeats Dallas 3-0 to advance to inaugral CCL Quarter Final

2) 2009 - The Miracle in Montreal, TFC wins 6-1 against all odds to earn inaugral NCC Title

3) 2010 - TFC defeats Motagua 3-2 on aggregate to advance to inaugral CCL Group Stage

4) 2007 - Danny Dichio becomes immortal in the hearts and minds of TFC supporters by scoring the first goal in franchise history in a 3-1 victory against Chicago at BMO Field

5) 2011 - TFC defeats Columbus 4-2 for the first time in franchise history, wins Trillium Cup

Honorable mention: 2010 - TFC defeats Cruz Azul 2-1 at BMO Field in it's inaugral match against a Mexican club in CCL Group Stage

Pitch invasion has to be up there for me.

Not as powerful, but very memorable is "The Fog" game against NYSB in the first year.

My top 5 would pretty much be the same as the OP, but replacing Motagua game with Cruz Azul.

well moments are defferent then achievements

so best moments

1) Dichio first goal then winning the game
2) Dichio goal then pitch invasion
3) columbus away trip with 2,000+ fans
4) TFC at Montreal away nutrilite
5) Dichio banner day

this one isnt in the top 5 for me because i wasnt at this game, so it wasnt as fun as these other moments were. But i could see a game at BMO or sky dome come march being amazing!

Strictly on the pitch moments:

1 - Advancing to the QF in the CL after beating Dallas 3-0 IN DALLAS!
The fact that we had been so bad on the road in our history in and only ever beat FCD once before then (at home in our first ever meeting) makes this the biggest moment.

2 - Beating Cruz Azul at home in the CL.
No one thought we stood a chance but we scored early and later in the first half AND held onto a lead. Unlikely heroes in Mista and Saric.

3 - Miracle in Montreal
Had to win by more than we ever had. One the road against our biggest rival. Gave up the first goal.

4 - Danny Dichio's First Goal
The start of the legend 23:13.

5 - Winning the V-Cup on home soil.
Never had lifted the cup at BMO before. Plata's coming out party, winning tournament MVP. That game led to #1 on the list.

First ever home game was big for me. Yes we lost, but the sense of anticipation was palpable.

- the last great streamer shower for the PR islanders game. pooks helped me distribute the first two rows of the 200s. from where i was sitting the south end streamer shower looked amazing!

- watching the montreal miracle minutes before going on stage for sketch comageddon and waking up in a tree the morning afterwards

- beating vancouver in the replay and overhearing my buddy scream because his girlfriend bit down on his dick

- winning our first voyagers cup

- beating columbus

- dichio's last game
