The optimist will say SJ are on 12 game winless streak, so TFC should get 3 points.

The pessimist will say SJ lucked out on getting TFC to snap their streak.

At least Alan Gordon isn't going to score on us. (injured)

But watch Peterson and/or Attakora do... lol

TFC 2-0. We've not looked godawful in the last two games. San Jose has looked godawful for a half-dozen and hasn't won in twice that. Too late for the playoffs, but ending the season with a couple more decent wins would salvage ... well, nothing really. He's got until the second or third game of next season, I figure, before even the most patient of us goes apeshit batty.

Based on the current injury situation, I think Winter might go with something like this...

--------------Kocic--------------

Eckersley--Robinson--Iro--Borman

-----Dunfield--------Frings-------

-----------DeGuzman------------

Marosevic------------------Plata

------------Johnson-------------

Subs: Grifitt, Stinson, Morgan

TFC 1 SJ 0

Either that or it's reality kicking in.

http://www.mlssoccer.com/news/article/2011/08/26/lingering-hamstring-injury-concern-koevermans

QUESTIONABLE: MF Leandre Griffit (abdominal strain); MF Eric Avila (R hamstring tightness); FW Danny Koevermans (L hamstring tightness); PROBABLE: GK Stefan Frei (knee contusion) …

@rocktml: i have no doubts that we're putting emphasis on the CL. its all about watching to team build with a bottle of whiskey from home for me right now :D.

If we lose tonight "normally" the manager/head coach would get fired, I'm almost certain. But, does Winter get a bypass on this as its a "rebuilding year"? I personally think losing tonight would be inexcusable, even in a "rebuilding years".
