I couldn't agree more, I gave up my set this year as well.. The Real Madrid scam they played on STH's still to this day bothers me. I'm glad i decide to dropped them, i wouldnt want to be paying $2K for this product.

Exactly, very short sighted. As much as I want to see TFC prosper and grow this sport in Canada, I'm very happy when I see MLSE suffer at the gates. It's a catch 22, love TFC but despise MLSE.

when there's a rain delay at the US Open tennis and everyone leaves to catch the last train home and the ran clears at midnight do you think they say "gee everyone went home, guess we can't play this out, lets just fuck up our schedule instead" or do they play it out in front of a scattering of fans?

This shit happens all the time in sports that are affected by weather. It's up to the club to decide if they should reimburse ppl or not.

Maybe the Concacaf officials have no budget to stay over a second day. Although with Jack Warner being busted and all, there might be more money than ever.

If TFC were smart - and they had to know they'd be fielding crap teams - they'd have installed the new pitch and drainage system with a secret valve that closes off the under-pitch drainpipes. Field stays too wet to play, game called and re-started next day with no score. Great investment.

We were gonna sit in our seats during half, since it was just rain, but then some security dude told us to get up and under the west stand.... at that point, under the west stand, the rain and lightning really picked up --- with heavy thunder too. We had a 9:49 train looming and decided to run for it.
