MLS MDL for iPhone

Apparently MDL live streams for the iPhone are $0.99 rather then the usual $19.99. So streaming of all non blacked out games for $0.99?! Thing is I dl'd the free app and don't see anywhere to make the in-app purchase. It supposedly in the "more" section. Anyone else have any luck or is this for US only?

It's US only, the app continues to say support for Canada is coming but here we are more than half way through the season...
