Is Maicon Santos Available for Phase 2 of Champions League?

Was Maicon Santos added to the 30 man roster before we traded him to Dallas?
I know we can add players to our roster list (Up to 30 before any phase)
but once a player is listed on another teams roster, they are ineligible for any phase.

I did not see Santos listed on the roster for game 1 against Real Esteli, but was he added to the roster list?

Is Avila eligible for TFC?

My guess is the same conditions apply. He'll only be eligible if TFC submitted a roster below the limit for the CCL qualifier.

Thanks for the info, I didnt see Santos on the roster, but I would have assumed they had him on the roster for Phase 1 even though he didnt play...

Eric Avila was on the bench in game one that Dallas played.
According to page Rule 5.3, once inscribed onto a roster (Avilia must have been on the 30 man roster list prior to phase 1) he is ineligible for play in ANY Phase....

The CONCACAF site only lists 22 players for Dallas (one of which is Avila).

But I wonder if that is just the players that were dressed in their 2 games?

Dallas 22 Players (Included Avila)
and TFC included 28 (Including Santos)
then, both according to the rules are INELIGIBLE the rest of the way for any phase.
(Unless they changed the rules)

the CCL in the same season of competition, in any Phase.

It appears TFC has room for 4 more players, assuming we are allowed to replace the Gargan and Santos spots.

I wonder if they are planning to make some more moves for the CCL run?

Gargan was only officially traded last week. The roster must have been submitted prior to the trade.

It sort of makes me wonder if an incident caused TFC to release/trade Gargan.

i might be wrong but if you make group stage dont u get to send in a new roster? uefa champions league is like that
