Wow. So I guess NY plays the "club over country" card in the least subtle way. Classy.

Dallas are blunted going forward, so I hoping for our first away victory of the season, shame that we have to travel and will be tired.

Paul James doesn't hold anything back regarding De Ro and the National Team.

Thrillos

He is making his hatred for DeRo far to obvious and the fact that he was never selected as Head Coach.

I had stopped listening to his 40 minute chipped shoulder ramblings, felt compelled to give him another try when I saw the link and won't be listening again.

He failed to remember the 1-0 loss to Greece just a few months ago, where I would say DeRo fit perfectly in Harts formation and along with Will Johnson were the best two players on the pitch for Canada.

Against a team that is ranked in the top 15 in the World I think that was one of Canada's best recent performances.

The fact that James says DeRo's time is done is utter nonsense. He was just traded for by New York who called him the missing piece to their puzzle.... A puzzle which already holds Thierry Henry and Marquez.

Thierry Henry said himself he was excited to play with a player like DeRo.

Its sad because he knows the game and I think his ego is actually bigger than DeRo.... who by all accounts from what I was told was the most professional acting player on TFC since his arrival with the club.

yeah tho DeRo has slipped from my heart Whatshisface has always had a problem with DeRo (and DeGuzman)

Paul James seems to have a love-hate relationship with De Ro. It's not all negative, all the time. James appreciates De Ro's (and DeGuzman's) talents. However, James is bitter over the national program and how his own career played out there. That's understandable as well, and he places a lot of blame on those two.

Not going to comment much else on it, because i actually tend to agree with Paul James on a lot...just not his opinions on De Ro and DeGuz

Just finished listening to it.... I love the part where Ben mentions the gangs have gone into working the fix for a match only to find out that another gang has already beaten them to it and fixed it first!

How f!@#ing rampant is this?!?

This.

I actually like listening to Paul's analysis. However, he uses his position very often to gripe on aspects of Canadian soccer that he feels have "wronged" him and that's where I stop listening to him.

I've always considered TFC's 6-1 crushing of the Impact as a possible match that was fixed.

LOL. I know its blasphemy. But it was a perfect storm for match fixing.

In reality I think Montreal just didn't give a shit.

They beat Whitecaps on the same weekend 2-1 as they are already eliminated from NCC so why bother starting regulars on Wed night when you have a league match on Sat.

I thought that recent Wigan game where Hugo Rodallega first blatantly hand-balled a corner than missed two glorious chances near the end of the game stunk to high heaven. I have no proof, of course, but all of his actions just looked so calculated.
